In 1989, my father, Gilbert Gibb, established the first Gibb Agency branch in Tyler, Texas. Throughout my childhood, my parents frequently reminded me, “Susana, if you work hard, do what’s right, everything else will take care of itself”. I take great pride in having continued his legacy by launching a Gibb Agency branch in Dallas in 1997.
With over two decades of experience in the insurance sector, along with a creative background as an actress and producer in television, I approach my clients’ insurance needs with a tailored perspective. While insurance is undoubtedly a business, it is also a deeply personal endeavor. Like an artist establishing a connection with their audience, I strive to connect meaningfully with my clients. Many of them have become my friends, and they trust me to prioritize their best interests.

Lake Highlands Women’s League
Since 1969, Lake Highlands Women’s League has been committed to our community by providing volunteers and grants in support of local non-profit agencies and scholarships for graduating Lake Highlands High School seniors. Today, 100 active members and over 250 sustaining members continue the legacy of raising and distributing an impressive amount of money towards very worthy causes.
Lake Highlands 5k
The Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League is the Junior group of the Lake Highlands Women’s League which was founded in 1969 by Lynn Davenport, Sarah Graham, Sarah Hefton, Amy Moore, Meredith Mosley and Cary Woodall to unite and promote the Lake Highlands area through service to the community by civic, educational, and charitable programs.
Metrocrest Relief
Since 1971, Metrocrest Services has provided hope and relief to those who need a helping hand. Metrocrest offers a comprehensive bundle of services to address gaps in finances, employment, and nutrition to holistically help end poverty.
AWARE
AWARE is a nonprofit organization that empowers North Texans to rise above the challenges of Alzheimer’s and other dementias together. Since AWARE’s founding in 1989 by a group of volunteers, the Dallas-based organization has invested more than $15 million in local providers, researchers and innovators fighting for our loved ones and a cure. Every dollar that AWARE grants stays in North Texas to benefit the local community.
